The app terminates unexpectedly, stops responding or can no longer be opened
If the eclipso Mail & Cloud app on your Android device no longer responds, does not start or refuses service, this can have various causes.
To find out the cause, carry out the following steps:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed
- Force quit the app and open the app again
- Restart the device
- Empty / delete the device cache
- Completely delete / uninstall the application, then download and install the app again
- Reset the device / operating system to the factory settings if necessary (don't forget the backup before!)
Error message: An error has occurred
- Check the Internet connection
- For a comparison test, deactivate the Wifi connection and open the app when the device has established a mobile phone connection

- If the connection to our servers is interrupted, please try again at a later time.
